For our jewelry we use premium quality yachting ropes and/or our luxury Amarcord Lux Jewelry Cord we developed specifically for our demanding clients. Our Amarcord Lux Jewelry Cords shine as real silver, gold or rose gold, are incredibly lightweight and long-lasting.
We combine the cord with high end stainless steel findings and Amarcord charm, gold and rose gold colours PVD coated. Our artisans use these precious materials to create one of a kind necklaces and bracelets of unusual forms.

The result is a lightweight, comfortable and distinctive accessory inspired by the sea, sailing and modern everyday style.

What is the difference between Amarcord Lux Allure, Amarcord City and Amarcord Marine?

All Amarcord pieces share the same core values: they are handmade luxury rope jewelry pieces created from premium materials, carefully controlled production processes and finished with beautifully polished or gold-plated stainless steel findings.

The main difference lies in the mood, material character and intended lifestyle of each collection.

AMARCORD LUX ALLURE is designed for women in search of a unique, luminous jewelry piece with an elegant, feminine presence. It is created from Amarcord Lux Jewelry Cord and premium quality stainless steel adjustable chain closure with lobster clasp.

AMARCORD CITY is also designed for women, but with a more contemporary urban character. It combines Amarcord Lux Jewelry Cord with beautifully polished or gold-plated stainless steel findings and Amarcord charm, making it ideal for everyday elegance and city life. AMARCORD MARINE is also designed for women, but the sailing race inspired Regatta line has models for men also. In the spirit of sailing culture it is made of professional yachting ropes and stainless steel shackles. Are Amarcord pieces suitable for women and men?

Yes, depending on the collection. Amarcord Marine was born as sailing jewelry for women, but Amarcord Marine Regatta has unisex and masculine models too. Amarcord Lux Allure and Amarcord City are designed especially for women, with elegant, feminine and contemporary style.

Is Amarcord jewelry resistant to water, sea water, UV and abrasion?

Amarcord jewelry is made to last. Our materials are selected for surprising resistance against sea water, UV exposure and abrasion.

Amarcord cord jewelry is designed for everyday wear, holidays, beach days and special occasions. Our cords and ropes are resistant to chafe, UV exposure and contact with water.

How much does each bracelet or necklace weight?

Amarcord Lux Allure Collection is intentionally lightweight and will mislead the observer. Looks like real silver or gold, but is made of extralight cord. Choosing Amarcord you will be smart enough to shine differently.
The exact weight varies by product, size and design. A statement necklace will not weight more than a soft scarf.
A Marine bracelet weights more due to the stainless steel shackle closure.

Yes. Our collections are designed to work both individually and mixed among them. You can match creations colour, texture, metal finish or design mood.

For a minimal look, combine pieces from the same colour family. For a stronger statement, pair contrasting colours or mix bracelet and necklace styles from different collections.

Are different jewelry sizes available?

Amarcord Lux Allure Collection has just one size, but Amarcord City or Amarcord Marine features several. Available sizes are listed on each product page. Before ordering a bracelet, we recommend measuring your wrist carefully so the jewelry fits comfortably.

To find your best fit, measure your wrist with a measuring tape and compare it with the product’s size guide. For a close fit, choose a size near your wrist measurement. Can I choose a custom size?

Yes. You can request a custom size for any jewelry piece for an additional fee of 15 €. Please note that custom sizing may extend the production and delivery time.

Important: a piece of jewel made in a custom size cannot be exchanged later for another size. Refunds cannot be issued for size-related issues, so please check your measurements carefully before ordering. For all other cases, the return policy applies.

How is Amarcord jewelry packaged?

Amarcord jewelry is delivered in a custom pillow case with the company logo. You can also order an additional gift bag, making your bracelet or jewelry piece ready to give as an elegant gift.

How should I care for my cord jewelry?

Our cord bracelets and necklaces are designed for everyday elegance, but like any real piece of jewelry, they deserve mindful care. With the right cleaning and wearing habits, your piece can preserve its original beauty, structure and character for a long time.

For regular care, avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals, strong detergents, perfume, cosmetics and alcohol-based products, as these may damage or dull the surface of the cord and the metal components. We also recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to strong sunlight or heat, as this may affect the material over time.

How should I clean my cord jewelry?

If your cord jewelry needs cleaning, remove it before cleaning and gently rinse the cord under lukewarm running water. Apply a small amount of mild hand soap, then carefully rub the cord by hand. Do not use a toothbrush, sponge or abrasive tool. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then gently press out the excess moisture with a soft, dry towel. Let the piece air dry naturally. Never use a hair dryer, tumble dryer or any direct heat source, as this may damage the cord.

Do not wash your jewelry in a washing machine and do not place it in a dryer. Avoid strong cleaning products and never soak the piece for a long time. For safe wear, remove your bracelet or necklace during physical work, technical sports, cycling, climbing, gardening, construction work or when operating machinery, especially in situations where the jewelry could get caught. We also recommend not wearing cord bracelets directly next to a metal watch, as friction may wear the cord or scratch the metal details.

Every piece is handmade by artisans with disabilities as part of our artisan program. This is not a symbolic detail — it is an essential part of how the jewelry is created and why each piece carries individual value.

What does “100% handmade by artisans with disabilities” mean?

It means that each piece is individually crafted by hand by artisans participating in our inclusive production program. The process includes preparing the materials, shaping the design, assembling the jewelry and completing the final finishing steps.
Because the pieces are handmade, slight variations may occur. These are not flaws; they are signs of authentic handcraft and make each item unique.

Do your products have certifications?

The cords used in our bracelets and necklaces are OEKO-TEX® certified, which means they have been tested for harmful substances and meet strict safety standards for textile materials.
The metal components used in our jewelry are hypoallergenic, making them suitable for most people with sensitive skin.
Certifications help show that cord jewelry can be held to the same thoughtful standards as traditional jewelry. How long does delivery take?

For products in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after purchase. For products that are temporarily out of stock, dispatch usually takes 5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability depends on the destination country. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, depending on local regulations. These charges are usually the responsibility of the customer.

How can I return my order?

Please read our Return Policy for the full return process. We recommend checking the return conditions before sending your order back so the process can be handled quickly and smoothly.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returned packages are inspected once they arrive at our headquarters. If you requested a size or model exchange, the newly selected product will be sent back to you as soon as possible.

If you choose a refund, the process will take a maximum of 7 business days.

Do your bracelets and necklaces come with a guarantee?

Yes. Our jewelry comes with a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and issues related to craftsmanship under normal use.

It does not cover damage caused by improper care, water exposure, chemicals, excessive pulling, accidental tearing, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repair attempts.

How can I make a guarantee claim?

To start a guarantee claim, contact our customer care team with your order number, product name, serial number if available, and clear photos of the issue.

Once we review the claim, we will confirm whether the issue is covered by the guarantee. If approved, we may offer repair, replacement or another suitable solution depending on the product and availability.
